SANITARY GUIDELINES

The health & safety of our exhibitors, visitors and people is of utmost importance to us, which is why we have developed a sanitary reference framework of 26 measures to protect all those who come to the Antiques and Art Fair. The measures concern visitors, exhibitors and suppliers alike. The measures include counting and controlling access of people, rethinking the organisation of spaces, using digital solutions, providing hydroalcoholic gel, increasing the rate of disinfection, using the highest standards for air filtration, deploying and training additional staff and ensuring permanent consultation with the relevant authorities.

This FAQ contains answers to the most frequently asked questions. It is updated regularly. If you cannot find the answer to your question, please contact us via the form.

Does CovidCheck apply at this event?

The event will be held under the CovidCheck regime, which means that access will be strictly controlled on site, with all participants (organisers, exhibitors, visitors, etc.) having their health documents checked : https://covid19.public.lu/fr/covidcheck.html

What do I have to be aware of when attending the event?

Please book your tickets online and download them to your phone to avoid queuing at the ticket office on site.

Please have your sanitary pass or certified test results at hand.

Which measures have been taken to ensure my own, my family’s and my friends’ health & safety?

We have developed a sanitary reference framework of 26 measures to protect all those who come to the HOME EXPO exhibition.

Despite your best efforts, I think I found a fault. Who should I report it to?

There will be various information points and additional staff on site to assist you throughout the exhibition. You can also contact us by e-mail (info@thebox.lu) or via our dedicated hotline at (00352) 4399-499. Your remarks will be forwarded directly to the hygiene representative of Luxexpo The Box.

Do I have to wear a mask when visiting the event?

If you have the CovidCheck, there is the obligation of wearing a mask and maintaining a physical distance.

What do you do to improve air quality?

The number of people present at any one time is limited to a maximum of 2000. In order to avoid queues, we have set up a reservation system for entrance tickets.

What are the rules to be respected at your food court?

There are no restrictions in the catering area.

What do you do to improve air quality?

The air renewal and filtration systems that we have equipped the building with allow a complete and constant purification and renewal of the ambient air in most spaces. We are committed to equipping the spaces with equipment that meets the highest possible standard. F9 filters are being deployed throughout the site to replace the F5 and F7 filters. We are also committed to setting our heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations to 100% fresh air to speed up the evacuation of stale air. In addition, ventilation rates have been implemented to complete the system.

Is there a possibility to get tested at the entrance?

A test area has been set up so that you can be tested on site.

Please note, however, that there is a charge for on-site testing and that queuing is likely to occur.

Are dogs/pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed, except for assistance dogs.

Where can I get the latest information on the current health situation?

Do not trust unofficial sources! Instead, check the dedicated website of the Luxembourg government: https://coronavirus.gouvernement.lu/en.html
